Thank you so much for your time yesterday. I can’t tell you how much I appreciated it and what a positive experience it was. I have to admit – I had a pre-conceived notion of what a wedding planner person would be like – and you completely dispelled it. I expected a sort of high-maintenance pushy type person that is all too willing to spend a LOT of other people’s money. It comes from being in the construction industry I guess – because that’s been my experience with Interior Designers by and by – and I lumped wedding planners into the same category.

I wanted you to know that I will unabashedly recommend you to anyone who ever crosses my path that’s getting married. You were gracious, down to earth, accommodating, and I left your shop feeling really good.

The other shops [I've been to] are kind of just running people through and trying to make the sale; not at all sensitive to how personal and BIG the wedding thing is for most of us.
